The Red Bud Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for the new ownership of TuLayne’s Tavern on Oct. 20. Donovan Melican and Kelly Steingrubey, who also own Outsiders in Waterloo, recently bought TuLayne’s. The pair is looking forward to being in Red Bud and noted that everyone they’ve worked with so far has been awesome. They plan to keep the name for the establishment, but also have some big changes planned, including an updated kitchen, so watch their Facebook page for updates. TuLayne’s will have new hours starting on Monday, Oct. 27. Those hours will be Sunday through Wednesday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Thursday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. TuLayne’s is located at 211 South Main Street in Red Bud.
