Dorothy Marie Zipfel, 93, of Evansville, passed away at 6:35 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2025, at Freeburg Care Center in Freeburg. The visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 15 at Pechacek Funeral Homes in Red Bud and from 10-11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 16 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Ruma. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 16 at St. John’s Lutheran Church with Rev. Randy Fischer officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
