Donna Kay (Harriss) Reinhardt, 72, of Waterloo, passed away Jan. 26, 2024, in O’Fallon. The visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 30 and from 9 a.m. until the time of service on Wednesday, Jan. 31 at Quernheim Funeral Home in Waterloo. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 31 at Quernheim Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Harriss officiating. Burial will be at Preston Cemetery in Preston.
