On Sept. 3, the Red Bud City Council approved of moving forward with a proposal for a dog park.
The details of the dog park were not specifically discussed at the meeting, but the proposal was approved on the evening’s consent agenda. The proposal was discussed in detail however at the recreational facilities committee meeting on Aug. 19.
At that time, Mike Moll of UltraSite presented the committee with a multi-phase proposal for a dog park to be added at Lincoln Park in the field behind the Dollar General.
