ALLIES IN AGRICULTURE–Pictured at the Randolph County Board meeting after the commissioners approved of the Randolph County Farm Bureau’s Allies in Agriculture resolution are: in front: Commissioners Andy Gerlach and David Holder, Randolph County Farm Bureau Manager Braylee Finck, Farm Bureau Board President Tim Harle and Commissioner Ronnie White; in back: Farm Bureau Board Treasurer Diane Schoenbeck and Board Vice President Michael McConachie.
An update from the Kaskaskia Regional Port District (KRPD) and a resolution with the Randolph County Farm Bureau were discussed at the Nov. 7 Randolph County Board of Commissioners meeting.
“We have always appreciated the county’s support of the port,” started KRPD General Manager Ed Weilbacher.
Weilbacher, who is retiring at the end of the year, then introduced to the commissioners Brent Donovan. Donovan started as an assistant manager at the KRPD in August and will be taking over as the general manager once Weilbacher retires.
