Clemens Richard Ruemker Sr., 86, of Columbia, passed away Jan. 8, 2021, in New Athens. The visitation is from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 14 at Quernheim Funeral Home in Waterloo and from 9 a.m. until time of service on Friday, Jan. 15 at St. Wenceslaus Church in St. Louis, Missouri. The funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 15 at St. Wenceslaus Church with Father Phil Sosa officiating. Burial will be at SS Peter & Paul Cemetery in St. Louis, Missouri.
