Betty J. Tockstein, 86, of Metropolis, passed away at 3:57 p.m. on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at her residence surrounded by her family. The visitation will be held on Sunday, March 7 from 4-6 p.m. at Aikins-Farmer-Loftus-McManus Funeral Home in Metropolis. The funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, March 8 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Metropolis with Father Michael Christopher Mujule officiating. Burial will follow in the Masonic Cemetery in Metropolis. Everyone that is attending the visitation or service is asked to please practice customarily accepted social distancing guidelines and wear a face covering.
