IHDA funding award announced for senior housing project in Red Bud

COMING SOON–Pictured is a rendering of what the Lincoln Park Place senior housing community would look like. Construction is anticipated to start in early 2027.

Last week, in a press release, North Arrow Partners announced that their planned senior housing community for Red Bud had been awarded 2026 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) funding through the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA).

The press release stated that the Lincoln Park Place project, developed by North Arrow Development in partnership with Prairie Land Community Development and Danna Capital Corporation, will provide 42 affordable apartment homes for adults ages 55 and older. The community will be located off West Market Street (State Route 3), adjacent to Lincoln Park in Red Bud, helping address the growing need for quality, accessible housing in Randolph County.
