Oma A. Phelps, 86, of Chester, passed away at 2:34 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025 at her residence. The visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 4 and from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 5 at Pechacek Funeral Homes in Chester. The memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 5 at Pechacek Funeral Homes with Rev. Tom Klausing officiating. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Chester.
