Despite having a bench trial scheduled for July 23, a Red Bud man opted to enter a guilty plea and accept sentencing on Monday of this week.
Stanford J. Kipping, III, 38, of Red Bud, was arrested on May 1 by the Red Bud Police on a Randolph County warrant. He was charged with two counts of possession of child sexual abuse materials.
