Earlier this month, Red Bud High School’s industrial arts department debuted a new 3D printer they had received through a grant.
Industrial technology instructor Jared Piel was very excited to share that he applied for and received an education grant from 3DSHQ. The grant award was for a new Flash Forge 5M Pro 3D printer setup and installation in the classroom, along with training sessions for students and faculty on the printer.
Dr. Laura Holt-Hovis and Andrew Kramer with 3DSHQ came to give the training sessions.
