The Musketeers traveled to Sparta for their last conference matchup of the regular season on Feb. 17. This Sparta team was having a really good year, winning the conference and having 20 plus wins. The Musketeers came ready to play in the game as they started on an 8-0 run early, and Sparta had to call a timeout. The boys were fired up. Sparta came out of the timeout and made multiple shots from behind the arc and got into the lane for buckets. The Teers couldn’t make many shots and went into the locker room down 41-26. The Dawgs of Sparta were just too much for the Musketeers as they dropped this one 88-63. Luke Quintin had 36 points.
Next, the Musketeers hosted the New Athens Yellow Jackets for senior night. The Musketeers have five seniors including Chase Grohmann, Grayson Herriman, Hunter Hooten, Jack Crafton, and Luke Quintin.
