Joyce L. (Koch) Heller, 92, of Red Bud, passed away Dec. 27, 2025, in Freeburg. The visitation will be from 12-2 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 30 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Renault. The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 30 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church with Pastor Royal Boeder officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery. Quernheim Funeral Home in Waterloo is in charge of arrangements.
