At the Illinois Department of Transportation’s 40th Fall Planning Conference in Moline on Oct. 25, in grateful appreciation for his long and distinguished service and contribution to Illinois’s transportation industry, Edward J. Weilbacher of the Kaskaskia Regional Port District received a Lifetime Service Award.
