Wreaths Across America’s Mobile Education Exhibit will make the trek from Columbia Falls, ME to visit Columbia, IL from 9 to 11 a.m. for veterans and will also be open to the public from 12 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 11, for a very special public opportunity to honor America’s veterans.
The Mandy McGuire Group will be hosting the Wreaths Across America Mobile Education Exhibit as a kick-off to this year’s fundraising effort to lay wreaths throughout Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery on Wreaths Across America Day, which is this Dec. 19. The exhibit will be located at 705 North Main Street in Columbia.
This visit will be a special chance for people to come by and get a free exhibit tour. Veterans, the public and other interested groups are urged to come join this unique opportunity to learn more about Wreaths Across America, the work being done to honor veterans and get a first-hand account of what it is like to deliver 2.5 million wreaths, and learn how it impacts families all across America. The goal of the WAA Education Exhibit is to bring local communities and our military together with education, stories and interactive connections.
