Wilma “Billie” L. Eichenseer, 88, of rural Evansville, passed away at 7:22 a.m. on Monday, March 30, 2020 at Oak Hill in Waterloo. A Memorial Mass in Wilma’s memory will be held at a later date at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Ruma. Private graveside service will be held at St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery in Ruma. Pechacek Funeral Homes in Red Bud is in charge of arrangements.
