As daily activities begin to resume after COVID-19, doctor’s appointments especially can create anxiety in parents. Regular appointments with a child’s primary care provider are essential to a child’s health.
To help parents feel more comfortable returning to the doctor with their children, Red Bud Health Clinic and Progressive Family Care have created Wellness Wednesdays for pediatric patients. This means the medical team, exam rooms and appointment slots are reserved every Wednesday afternoon for in-person pediatric wellness visits only. Patients can receive services including annual wellness visits, immunizations, sports physicals and school physicals.
