Waterloo man charged with attempted murder

The Waterloo Police Department reported a stabbing incident on Friday, Nov. 22.

According to a press release from the police department, officers responded that morning around 3:30 a.m. to a home on Osterhage Drive after dispatch received a 911 call to report a shooting.

Upon arrival at the scene, officers found a 37 year old from East St. Louis that had been stabbed during an altercation at the residence. The victim was transported by Monroe County Ambulance Service to an area hospital for treatment.

Trevor C. Hudson, 26, of Waterloo, was arrested by the Waterloo Police Department as the suspect in the stabbing.
