St. Peter United Church of Christ on Madison Street in Red Bud is holding a much needed drive by/drop off food drive on Saturday, June 27 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This food drive is to benefit local food banks of Musketeer Market at Red Bud High School and the Royal Table at Red Bud Elementary. These food banks have been greatly impacted by COVID-19 and need help to keep serving the community. Dry goods or cash donations would be greatly appreciated.
Currently, they are especially looking for donations of: pancake mix, syrup, oatmeal packets, cereal, shelf-stable milk, canned soup, saltine crackers, canned pasta, Ramen, peanut butter, jelly, macaroni and cheese, applesauce cups, canned vegetables, microwave popcorn, canned fruit, spaghetti sauce, dry pasta, pizza kits, canned chicken, Velveeta Skillet dinners, Homestyle bakes and kid friendly snacks.
