The Red Bud Rotary Club will be holding a “Taste of Red Bud” event on Tuesday, March 17 at Lieferbrau Brewery.
This is a fundraising event for the club to help them continue their work in the local community, as well as worldwide.
The Rotary’s mission is to support literacy, provide clean water, combat hunger, improve health and sanitation and to eradicate polio globally.
Locally, the Red Bud Rotary Club donated dictionaries to all third grade students, supports the local food pantry, is a major sponsor of the community health fair, supports the student assistance program and Musketeer Market at Red Bud High School, and they build and maintain community library boxes at both the elementary and high school.
