Public meeting for parents of home-schooled students with disabilities

On May 28, a meeting, conducted on behalf of the following public school districts, will take place. Due to the Illinois governor’s stay at home order, the meeting will be held using Zoom video conferencing. A link to the Zoom meeting can be found on the Perandoe website: www.perandoe.org.

9 a.m. – Steeleville Community Unit District #138

10 a.m. – Red Bud Community Unit District #132

12 p.m. – Sparta Community Unit District #140

1 p.m. – Valmeyer Community Unit District #3

2 p.m. – Coulterville Community Unit District #1

3 p.m. – Prairie du Rocher Community Consolidated #134

The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the districts’ plans for providing special education services to students with disabilities who attend private schools and home schools within the districts for the 2020-21 school year. Any parents of a home-schooled student who has been identified with a disability and resides within the boundaries of Monroe and Randolph Counties, are urged to attend.
