Margaret Ann (Doiron) Wahlig, 93, of New Athens, passed away on Monday, July 27, 2020 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions in place, a private visitation and funeral Mass will be held at St. Agatha Catholic Church in New Athens. Burial will follow at the church cemetery St. Agatha Catholic Cemetery. A full celebration of Margaret’s life will be held at later date. Heil-Schuessler Funeral Home in New Athens is in charge of arrangements.
