The Red Bud Regional Hospital Healthy Circle celebrated Mardi Gras on Fat Tuesday, Feb. 25. The group marched through the hospital’s cafeteria throwing beads to hospital employees with Grand Marshall, and Healthy Circle member, Marcella Klein, leading the way. Klein recently celebrated her 100th birthday. After a lunch of beer battered fish, Cajun mac and cheese, salad and bayou crab chowder, the group surprised Klein with a birthday cake and a rousing version of “Happy Birthday.”
