Luella (Brown) Cowell, 99, of Red Bud, passed away on Thursday, Nov. 12, 2020, with her family at her side. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all services will be private. She will be laid to rest next to her husband at St. John’s Catholic Cemetery in Red Bud. Koch-Liefer Funeral Home in Red Bud was in charge of arrangements.
