James Richard “Rich” Candler, 78, of Red Bud, passed away on Aug. 26, 2020 at his home. A virtual memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 26. Lyle Henneke will officiate. Memorial arrangements were entrusted to Leesman Funeral Home in Red Bud.
