Frances L. Wegener, 82, of Evansville, passed away at 4:26 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 23, 2020 at Memorial Hospital in Belleville. A public visitation will be held from 9-11 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 27 at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Evansville. There is a limit to 25 people in the church at a time. They ask that everyone please wear a mask and use social distancing guidelines. A private funeral service will be held for the family on Thursday, Aug. 27 at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church with Rev. Thomas Handrick officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery. Pechacek Funeral Homes in Evansville is in charge of arrangements.
