Elsa J. Koester, 100, of Evansville, passed away at 6:15 p.m., on Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2020 at Three Springs Lodge Nursing Home in Chester. Visitation will be held on Thursday, Sept. 24 from 9-11 a.m. at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Evansville. The service will follow at 11 a.m. with Rev. Thomas Handrick officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
