Despite the less than favorable weather, a large amount of people were at the Prairie du Rocher American Legion Hall on Jan. 23 to hear the Prairie du Rocher Steering Committee’s strategic plan for the village.
Presenters for the evening included: Randolph County Commissioner Marc Kiehna, Randolph County Assessor Doug Sachtlaben, Randolph County Economic Development Director Christopher Martin, Prairie du Rocher Chamber of Commerce President Amy Barbeau and Kaskaskia Regional Port District General Manager Ed Weilbacher.
