Class of 2019

St. John’s Lutheran school held graduation on May 28 at 7 p.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church. Sixteen students received their diplomas from Board of Parish Education Chairman Miriam Poston, who also addressed the class. Anna Wolter sang “I Want to Go Back” accompanied by her father Glenn Wolter. The class verse was Isaiah 40:31, “but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.” Light pink and gray was chosen as their class colors, light pink carnations for their flower and “Oceans” as their song.
