The boys golf team hosted two matches last week and traveled to Okawville for their third to finish out the week.
The team hosted Sparta on Aug. 26 and won the match 185 to 189. Austin Grohmann and Kendall Doiron shared medalist honors for the match shooting 43’s. Logan Cathell carded a 48 and Ethan Fritsche a 51 to round out the scoring for the Musketers.
The next day the team entertained Steeleville. The Warriors put together a team score of 175 while the Musketeers tallied 190. Hamilton and Knop of Steeleville shot 42’s to take medalist honors. Austin Grohmann was low for Red Bud with a 41. Kendall Doiron shot 46; Logan Cathell 50, Camden Langrehr and Brendan Harms, 53’s to complete the team scoring.
