Billy D. Lance, 43, of Red Bud, passed away at 12:40 p.m. on Monday, May 3, 2020 at his residence. It was Billy’s wishes to be cremated, and a private service will be held at a later date. Pechacek Funeral Homes in Red Bud is in charge of arrangements.
