The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office reported the following accident:
On July 19, at 1:29 a.m., Christopher Dagner, 20, of Ava, was driving a 2003 Ford eastbound on Wine Hill Road. Near the intersection with Kothe Road (Wine Hill area), the vehicle crossed the center line and struck a westbound 2002 Chevrolet driven by Seth Snider, 18, of Chester.
After striking Snider’s vehicle, Dagner’s vehicle overturned at least once and came to rest upright. Snider’s vehicle was spun and came to rest facing east in the ditch on the north side of the roadway.
